We are looking for a dynamic and committed person who can independently look for research funding opportunities, develop and submit proposals, coordinate implementation of research projects, analyse data, prepare reports and submit manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals for publication.
a strong track record of active participation in research
their own research interests and portfolios for which they have actively advocated national policymakers
publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals
Previous presentations in international and national scientific meetings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating research activities at the Centre under the supervision of the Research Director and Senior Consultant Paediatrician.
Major areas of research interest include nutrition, tuberculosis, reproductive health, chronic disease and child health.
